As a nursery, we abide by all official regulations, and are registered with Ofsted. The nurseries last inspection was in Nov 2012.

Ofsted Report: Grade 2 - Good

Good provision is effective in delvering provision that meets the needs of all children well. This ensures children are ready for the next stage of their learning.

The provision is good because:

• Staff liaise very closely with parents to ensure they are fully informed about children's individual care and learning needs and how these can be met.  This means children settle well, feel safe and secure and enjoy their time in the nursery.

• Staff have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and plan a wide range of purposeful activities including oppourtunities to explore the local environment, which capture childrens interests and effectively support their learning in all areas.

• Children behave well and form positive relationships with adults and their peers.  They play well together and share the more popular resources fairly which promotes a calm and caring atmosphere throughout the nursery.

• The staff team work well together and consistently implement effective policies and procedures to safeguard and promote children's welfare.  They provide a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment where children are able to make choices and develop their independence.
